Next week is ‘Great British Game Week’ and we will be giving it our full support. Head chef Richard Grinyer-Power has come up with a special menu to celebrate the best of this wild food season. Think, roast pheasant breast, pan fried gnocchi, butternut squash, walnut butter for starters followed by slow cooked shoulder of venison, rosti potato, roasted fig, parsnip puree and juniper sauce – just 2 dishes from a very tempting menu. The menu will run for 5 days from the 20th to the 24th November and be available for lunch & dinner. For those who are not up for the game then our usual menus will be available too.
